1. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
FishAngler, LLC takes copyright infringement seriously and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report alleged infringement, submit a written notice to our Copyright Agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works on the Service, a representative list of such works
- Precise identification of the infringing material
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
- Confirmation that your notice information is accurate
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you represent the copyright owner

2. Counter-Notification Procedures
Users whose content was removed may file a counter-notice stating:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification and location of removed material
- Contact information for verification
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of appropriate Federal District Court
Send counter-notices to the Copyright Agent address above. Content may be restored if the original complainant doesn't pursue legal action within ten business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
The company reserves authority to disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringement offenders as appropriate.
